Typically yoga nidra is a practice folks turn to when they are looking for deep rest and for help with sleep. Which is wonderful, yet there is so much more to be found in this practice. I believe that by introducing yoga nidra into your self-care journey, as a way of embodying your heart's desires and intentions, is a radical way to push against hustle culture and grinding towards your goals.
